Commencement of buy-back of own shares of PROCHEM S.A.

In accordance with the resolution adopted at the General Meeting of Shareholders of PROCHEM S.A. on 24 June 2021, the Management Board of the Company decided to start the procedure of buying back own shares for redemption.
