General information

The Operator of Service www.prochem.com.pl is PROCHEM S.A., 95 Łopuszańska Str., 02-457 Warsaw.

Service accomplishes the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior by saving cookies on end devices.


Information in forms

  1. Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user.
  2. The website may also save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  3. The data in the form is not made available to third parties other than with the user’s consent.
  4. The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form.
  5. The data provided in the forms may be transferred to entities technically providing certain services – in particular, this applies to the transfer of information about the holder of the registered domain to entities that are operators of Internet domains (primarily Scientific and Academic Computer Network j.b.r – NASK), payment processing services or other entities, with whom the Website Operator cooperates in this respect.


Information about cookie files

  1. The website uses cookies.
  2. Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User’s end device and are intended for using the Website’s websites. Cookies do not store any personal data or other information collected from users that would allow the user to be recognized. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.
  3. The entity that places cookies on the Website User’s end device and obtains access to them is the Website operator.
  4. Cookies are auxiliary material used to administer the website and are used for the following purposes:
    – creating statistics that help understand how Website Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content;
    – maintaining the Website User’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Website.
  5. Software for browsing websites (web browser) usually allows cookies to be stored on the User’s end device by default. Website users may change the settings in this regard.   7. Cookies placed on the Website User’s end device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Website operator.


Data access

  1. The data may be made available to external entities only within the limits permitted by law.
  2. Data enabling the identification of a natural person are made available only with the consent of that person.
  3. The Operator may be obliged to provide information collected by the Website to authorized bodies on the basis of lawful requests to the extent resulting from the request.


Personal data protection (GDPR)

All personal data in PROCHEM S.A. are processed in connection with the business activity conducted, respecting the principles provided for by law:

  • a. in each case there is at least one of the legal grounds for data processing;
  • b. data is processed reliably and transparently;
  • c. personal data are collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes;
  • d. personal data are processed only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of data processing;
  • e. personal data is correct and updated as necessary;
  • f. the data storage period is limited to the period of their usefulness for the purposes for which they were collected, and after this period they are (if possible) archived or deleted;
  • g. an information obligation is fulfilled towards the data subject;
  • h. data is protected against violations of data protection rules.

Personal data is processed in particular on the basis of the provisions of GDPR Article 6. paragraph 1. points:

  • a) processing based on the data subject’s consent (including, through a clear affirmative action that expresses the data subject’s freely given, informed and unambiguous consent in a specific situation, e.g. ticking a box);
  • b) if processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract (e.g. submitting offers, concluding contracts);
  • c) when it is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation imposed on PROCHEM S.A. (e.g. as an employer);
  • f) processing is necessary for the purposes of legally justified interests pursued by PROCHEM S.A. (e.g. direct marketing, or contact with a person who is a client of PROCHEM S.A. or acts on behalf of the client).
