Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Support in managing the implementation of industrial investment projects in accordance with the terms of the contract and company regulations, within the established budget and schedule.
- Assist the project manager in overseeing industrial investment projects.
- Contribution to creating the project budget and monitoring its execution.
- Contribution to creating the project schedule and monitoring its implementation.
- Analysis and optimization of technical documentation; participation in meetings with the project department.
- Participation in organizing and conducting tender procedures and negotiations with contractors and suppliers for technological equipment and construction works.
- Settlement of agreements with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conducting coordination meetings, technical discussions; supervising the progress of assembling technological installations and ensuring compliance with technical documentation.

Requirements:
- Higher education in chemical and process engineering, chemistry, oil & gas, energy, etc.

Assistant Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining and reviewing project documentation (in Polish and English):
- Preparation of summaries and tables.
- Reviewing project documentation before sending it to the Client.
- Coordinating the dispatch of documentation to the Client.
- Archiving outgoing and incoming documentation.
Internal meetings and meetings with the Client (in Polish and English):
- Organizing meetings and participation in selected sessions.
- Taking meeting notes during or after sessions.
Other tasks related to the project process assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Engineering education background preferred.
