• Support in managing the implementation of industrial investment projects in accordance with the terms of the contract and company regulations, within the established budget and schedule.

• Analysis and optimization of technical documentation; participation in meetings with the project department.
• Participation in organizing and conducting tender procedures and negotiations with contractors and suppliers for technological equipment and construction works.
• Settlement of agreements with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conducting coordination meetings, technical discussions; supervising the progress of assembling technological installations and ensuring compliance with technical documentation.
• Participation in mechanical and technological startup of industrial installations.
• Contribution to cost estimation and proposal development.

Requirements:

• Higher education in chemical and process engineering, chemistry, oil & gas, energy, etc.
• Knowledge of construction law and investment process stages.
• Familiarity with reading and creating P&ID diagrams for technological installations is advantageous.
• Very good command of spoken and written English.
• Developed communication skills; ability to work in a team; decisiveness.
• Reliability, meticulousness, good organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, 3D environment (Autodesk Navisworks), MS Project; AutoCAD.
• Willingness to travel within Poland for business purposes; business trips in a format of 2 or 3 days at the construction site, 3 or 2 days in the office in Warsaw. To be determined depending on the needs of each investment stage.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintaining and reviewing project documentation (in Polish and English):

• Preparation of summaries and tables.
• Reviewing project documentation before sending it to the Client.
• Coordinating the dispatch of documentation to the Client.
• Archiving outgoing and incoming documentation.

Internal meetings and meetings with the Client (in Polish and English):

• Organizing meetings and participation in selected sessions.
• Taking meeting notes during or after sessions.

Other tasks related to the project process assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements:
