On December 23, 2010, based on a sales agreement, PROCHEM INWESTYCJE Sp. z o.o. (a subsidiary of PROCHEM S.A.) sold 2,401 shares with a nominal value of 500 PLN each, for a total value of 1,200,500 PLN, in ADVANCED SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL POLSKA Sp. z o.o., based in Zabrze, to PROCHEM S.A.
The purchase/sale price of the shares was 3,361,400 PLN.
This amount was deducted from the obligations due from the Seller.
After the transaction, PROCHEM S.A. holds 90% of the shares in ADVANCED SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL POLSKA.
The criterion for recognizing these assets as assets of significant value under RRM is the fact that PROCHEM INWESTYCJE Sp. z o.o. sold more than 20% of the shares in ADVANCED SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL POLSKA.
