The Management Board of PROCHEM SA received on 21 January 2015 notice relating to the acquisition in 2014 of the Company’s shares by the Vice-President of the Management Board – Mr. Krzysztof Marczak in accordance with the obligation to pass the information to the Company, what is determined by provisions of Article 160 paragraph. 1 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments.
According to the notification as above, Mr. Krzysztof Marczak acquired in 2014 a total of 1000 shares of the company PROCHEM SA on the Warsaw Stock Exchange at an average price of PLN 19.73, for a total amount of PLN 19,730. The value of shares purchased does not exceed a total of EUR 5,000.
Currently, Mr. Krzysztof Marczak has a total of 43,700 pcs. of shares, which gives 1.12% of the share capital and 1.12% of votes at the AGM.
