On November 4, 2013 Company PROCHEM S.A. received the notice as below:
Legg Mason TFI, acting under Art. 69 section 1 item 2 in conjunction with Art. 87 section 1 item 2. and the Act of 29 July 2005, on behalf of Legg Mason Parasol FIO, Legg Mason Akcji Skoncentrowany Funduszu Inwestycyjnego Zamkniętego and Funduszu Własności Pracowniczej PKP Specjalistycznego Funduszu Inwestycyjnego Otwartego (hereinafter referred to as “the Funds”) announces that the transaction on sale of shares of PROCHEM SA was conducted what has an effect on reducing the share of the total votes in the Company.
As a result of the transactions the Funds mentioned above hold shares, which represent less than 15% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
Prior to the transaction on the accounts of the above mentioned Funds was 610 415 Company’s shares, representing 15.67% of the share capital of the Company entitling to 610 415 votes attached to the shares, representing 15.67% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
At the date of this notice Funds hold 560 549 shares in the Company, representing 14.39% of share capital of the Company, entitling to 560 549 votes attached to shares, representing 14.39% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
