On 17 August the company received notice as below:
As a result of acquiring of shares of PROCHEM S.A., the company shares authorizing Legg Mason Zarządzanie Aktywami S.A. to exercise the right to vote on behalf of Customers/Funds represent over 15 % of total number of votes.
Before 10 August 2011 on accounts of Customers/Funds 566,754 shares of the Company were found representing 14.55 % of the share capital of the Company entitling to 566,754 votes from these shares what constituted 14.54 % of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
State of accounts of Customers/Funds as at the day of transmission of the present notification — 603,682 shares of the Company, representing 15.50 % of the share capital of the Company entitling to 603,682 votes from these shares, what constitutes 15.48 % of total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
