On 29 June the company received the notice as below:

As a result of acquiring of shares of PROCHEM S.A., Company shares authorizing Legg Mason Zarządzanie Aktywami SA to exercise the right to vote on behalf of Customers/Funds, represent over 10 % of total number of votes. Moreover, as a result of the purchase which is being talked about both Legg Mason Akcji Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, as well as Legg Mason Akcji Skoncentrowany Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty are in the possession of shares of the Company authorizing to perform above 5 % of total number of votes.

Before 22 June 2011 on accounts of Customers/Funds 389,592 shares of the Company were found representing 10.00 % of the share capital of the Company entitling to 389,592 votes from these shares what constituted 9.99 % of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

Before 22 June 2011 on account of Legg Mason Akcji Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwаrtу 184,544 shares of the Company were found, representing 4.74 % of the Company’s share capital entitling to 184,544 votes from these shares, what constituted 4.73 % of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

Before 22 June 2011 on account of Legg Mason Akcji Skoncentrowany Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty 192,109 shares of the Company were found, what constituted 4.93 % of the share capital of the Company entitling to 192,109 votes from these shares, what constituted 4,93 % of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

State of accounts of Customers/Funds for the day of transmission of the present notification — 558,762 shares of the Company, representing 14.35 % of the share capital entitling to 558,762 votes from these shares, what constitutes 14.33% of total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

State of account of Legg Mason Akcji Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty for the day of transmission of the present notification — 284,054 company shares, representing 7.29 % of the share capital of the Company entitling to 284,054 votes from these shares what constitutes 7.29 % of total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

State of account of Legg Mason Akcji Skoncentrowany Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty for the day of transmission of the present notification — 261,769 company shares, representing 6.72 % of the share capital entitling to 261,769 votes from theses shares representing 6.71 % of total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
