On 12 March 2013 the company received a notice from ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. acting on behalf of ING Parasol Funduszu Inwestycyjnego Otwartego about decrease of less than 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of PROCHEM S.A.

The reason for the change in the total number of votes was the sale of the shares of PROCHEM S.A. Prior to the change of participation by ING Parasol Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty had 195 015 shares of PROCHEM S.A., which accounted for 5.01% of the share capital and shares held by above Fund gave 195 015 votes, representing 5.00 % of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of PROCHEM S.A.

As of 12 March 2013 ING Parasol Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty has 190 515 shares of PROCHEM S.A., representing 4.89% of the share capital and the owned shares give the 190 515 votes, representing 4.89% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Shareholders of the company.

At the same time ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. acting on behalf of managed funds announces that: as at 12 March 2013 the total number of owned shares of company PROCHEM S.A. is 190 515 units, representing 4.89% of the share capital of the company and 190 515 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders, representing 4.89% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
