On 17 November 2014 the company PROCHEM S.A. signed an agreement with Alstom Power Sp. z o.o. The subject of the contract is the development of a part of the technical documentation (including execution and updating of the 3D model) for the investment task “CONSTRUCTION OF POWER UNITS 5 AND 6 IN THE POWER PLANT OPOLE”.

Period of performance – successively in the period of 30 months from the date of signing the agreement. The agreement contains provisions relating to contractual penalties, their value is limited to 20% of net remuneration. Each party shall be entitled to seek compensation on general principles more than the amount of contractual penalties, but not more than 100% of net remuneration. The agreement was considered significant because the gross value of the contract exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer.
