The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. announces that on 12 December 2017 was informed about the settling in the tender, which was conducted by ANIFLEX SPÓŁKA JAWNA GŁOWACKA I WSPÓLNICY based in Tomaszow Mazowiecki, for the construction of the production, warehouse and office hall.
As a result of the settling in the tender the Ordering Party has chosen the offer of PROCHEM S.A. with a net price of PLN 6,779,535.00.
The mutual obligations of the parties shall be governed by the contract for construction work, about the conclusion of which the Issuer will inform in a separate current report.
The Management Board of the Issuer’s company decided that the above information meets the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 of MAR because the value of the contract exceeds amount of 10% of the Issuer’s equity.
