The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A., the parent company of the PROCHEM S.A. Capital Group. in addition to the interim condensed consolidated financial statements of the PROCHEM S.A. Capital Group for the first half of 2022, sends a complete statement of the Management Board required by law. In the published statement of the Management Board prepared on the basis of & 68 sec. 1 item 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a Non-member State, there was no phrase: “interim financial statements of the Management Board on the activities of the PROCHEM S.A. Capital Group contains a true picture of the development and achievements as well as the situation of the Issuer and the PROCHEM S.A. Capital Group, including a description of the basic threats and risks ”.
