With reference to the report No. 14/2019 of September 16, 2019, the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer” or “Company”) informs that on May 10, 2021, the Board received a mutually signed annex to the contract referred to in the above-mentioned a report on the provision of services related to the implementation of a part of the building permit design for the Polimery Police investment, carried out by HYUNDAI Engineering CO. LTD for PDH Polska S.A.

As a result of signing the annex, the lump sum remuneration of the Issuer agreed by the Parties currently amounts to approximately EUR 2.6 million net.

At the same time, the Issuer’s Management Board informs that the total value of all contracts currently binding the Issuer and HYUNDAI Engineering CO., LTD, also covering other activities of HYUNDAI Engineering CO., LTD in Poland, amounts to approximately EUR 3.6 million net.

The Management Board of the Issuer’s company decided that the above information meets the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 of MAR.
