Proposing candidates for members of the Supervisory Board of PROCHEM S. A.

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”, “PROCHEM S.A.”) informs that on June 08, 2017:

received the registration of candidature of Mr. Karol Żbikowski for a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer from the Quercus TFI SA, acting on behalf of shareholders: Quercus Parasolowy SFIO, Quercus Absolute Return FIZ and Quercus Absolutnego Zwrotu;
received the registration of candidature of Mr. Andrzej Karczykowski for a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer from the Shareholders of the Issuer – the Members of Porozumienie PHC;
received the registration of candidature of Mr. Marek Garliński for a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer from the Shareholder of the Issuer – Mr. Steven Tappan;
received the registration of candidature of Mr. Marcin Pędziński for a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer from Legg Mason TFI S.A. – acting on behalf of Legg Mason Parasol Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Subfundusz Akcji.

The candidatures as above, were received by the Company in connection with the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PROCHEM SA, that was convened for June 10, 2017, which provided for the election to the Issuer’s Supervisory Board on the agenda of the General Meeting.
