Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw informs that on 16 September 2013 the office received the notification from the company Prochem Holding M. Garliński Spółka Komandytowa based in Warsaw, which was filed under Art. 160 sec. 1 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments (the Act). This Notice is filed on behalf of the complementary members and limited partners, who are members of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer, i.e. Andrzej Karczykowski, Marek Garliński, Adam Parzydeł; Members of the Board of the Issuer i.e. Jarosław Stępniewski, Marek Kiersznicki, Krzysztof Marczak; and Proxies of the Issuer i.e. Barbara Auguścińska-Sawicka, Maciej Kalita, Grzegorz Kobyłecki and Jan Milczarczyk.

According to the notice received by the Issuer we inform that Prochem Holding M. Garliński Spółka Komandytowa, which is an entity closely related in meaning of art. 160 sec. 2 item 4 of above Act, on September 10th 2013 had sold on the Warsaw Stock Exchange 133 500 shares of PROCHEM SA at a price PLN 24 per one share. The total amount of the transaction amounted to PLN 3 204 000.
