Company PROCHEM S.A. received the notice as below:
As a result of the transaction in the regular market on 22 October of 2015 investment fund QUERCUS Parasolowy SFIO has increased alone its share in the total number of votes in the company PROCHEM S.A. and has exceeded the threshold of 5% of total number of votes in PROCHEM S.A.
Before the change, the Fund held 190 644 of Company’s shares, constituting 4.895 % of the share capital and 190 644 votes from these shares, representing 4.893 % of total number of votes at the General Meeting.
On the day of the transaction, the Fund held 194 944 of Company’s shares, representing 5.005 % of the Company’s share capital. These shares gave 194 of 944 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 5.003% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting.
