On February 4, 2015 PROCHEM S.A. received information as below:
as a result of the sale of the shares of PROCHEM S.A., share of one of the funds managed by Noble Funds TFI SA i.e., Noble Funds Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty fell below 5% of the total number of votes in the company PROCHEM S.A.
Prior to the transaction, the Fund held 199,908 shares of the company PROCHEM S.A., representing 5.13% of the share capital of the Company and held 199,908 votes from these shares, representing 5.13% of the total number of votes.
At the date of this notice, the Fund holds 193,595 shares of the Company, representing 4.97% of the share capital of the Company, entitling to 193,595 votes from these shares, representing 4.97% of the total number of votes.
