in result of the sale of shares the Company PROCHEM S.A. the total share of the fund Noble Funds Funduszu Inwestycyjnego Otwartego and Noble Fund Opportunity Funduszu Inwestycyjnego Zamkniętego, managed by Noble Funds Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. currently amounts to 4.25 % of the total number of votes in the company PROCHEM S.A. and 4.26 % of the share capital of the Company.

The Funds currently hold 165750 shares of the company PROCHEM S.A.
