As a result of the acquisition of shares PROCHEM S.A., participation of one of the funds managed by Noble Funds Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA i.e. Noble Funds Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty exceeded 5% of the total number of votes in the company PROCHEM S.A.
Prior to the transaction, the Fund held 192,446 shares of the company PROCHEM S.A., representing 4.94% of the share capital of the Company and held 192,446 votes from those shares, representing 4.94% total number of votes.
At the date of this notice the Fund holds 198,446 shares of the Company, representing 5.09% of share capital, entitling to 198,446 votes from those shares, representing 5.09% of the total number of votes.
