Noble Funds Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. acting under Article 69 section 1 item 1 in conjunction with Article 87 sec. 1 item 2 a) of the Act of July 29, 2005 announced that as a result of the acquisition of shares of the Company PROCHEM S.A. total share of the funds managed by Noble Funds Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (Noble Fund Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, Noble Fund Opportunity Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty, Noble fund 2DB Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty) exceeded 5% of the total number of votes in the Company PROCHEM S.A.
Before the transaction, Funds jointly held 184,734 shares of the Company PROCHEM S.A., representing 4.74% of the share capital of the Company and held 184,734 votes from those shares, representing 4.74% in total number of votes.
As at he date of this notification Funds hold 207,792 shares of the Company, representing 5.33% of share capital, entitling to 207,792 votes from those shares, representing 5.33% of the total number of votes of the Company.
