Conclusion of a significant contract for design works

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), informs that on February 14, 2022, concluded with PCC BD Sp. z o. o. with its seat in Brzeg Dolny (hereinafter referred to as the “Investor”), a contract for the development of design documentation for the investment planned by the Investor, covering the construction of an alkoxylate installation in Brzeg Dolny.

Time limit for performing of the contract was set for June 30, 2023.

The Issuer’s remuneration for the performance of the contract is PLN 19,450,000.00 net. The remuneration is a lump sum and is paid in installments related to the progress of work.
