The conclusion of the lease agreement

On 21 March 2014 was signed a lease agreement between PROCHEM S.A. and related entity IRYDION Sp. z o. o.
Under this agreement, PROCHEM S.A. will lease from IRYDION Sp. z o.o. 4,000 m2 of office space and 60 parking spaces in the office and service building Astrum Business Park, which is under construction now in Warsaw at Łopuszańska Street.
The period of lease is 7 years. Lease will commence on July 22, 2015. The rent for the lease subject shall be determined at the level of the rates currently in force in the market and for the entire term of the lease shall amount to over PLN 24 million. The agreement is considered significant because it exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer.
