With reference to the content of the report No. 12/2020 of September 24, 2020, the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”) informs that has signed another contract for design work with the consortium of companies PORR S.A. and TGE Gas Engineering GmbH, the subject of which are design works for the investment including the expansion of the onshore part of the terminal of liquefied natural gas regasification in Świnoujście.
The parties set the deadline for the execution of the contract for December 2023.

In the opinion of the Management Board, the value of the concluded contract does not meet independently the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 section 1, 2 and 4 of MAR.

However, according to the information contained in the report No. 12/2020 of September 24, 2020, currently the total value of design work contracts between the Issuer and the consortium of companies PORR S.A. and TGE Gas Engineering GmbH reached the level of nearly PLN 10.2 million net.
In connection with the above, the Management Board of the Issuer’s company decided that the above information meets the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 section 1, 2 and 4 of MAR.

The Issuer’s remuneration for the performance of contracts is a lump sum and is paid in installments related to the advancement of works.
