Concluding of the meaning agreement by PROCHEM S.A.

On 28 June 2013 company PROCHEM S.A. signed an agreement with company BESTA Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane seated in Rzeszów for implementation of reinforced concrete works under the investment project under the name „Office centre and service centre” at Łopuszańska Street in Warsaw, for which the PROCHEM S.A. performs the function of Investment General Contractor.
Value of the contract – PLN 19.7 million (NET VALUE)
Term of completion – March 2014
Contractual penalties for failure to meet transitory terms and term of completion may not exceed 10% of the remuneration. Payment of contractual penalties does not preclude the right to seek additional compensation in the amount of the damage.
The agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of the issuer.
