The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) informs that on March 16, 2018 received information from its attorney that the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Poland has lodged cassation complaint on behalf of PERN S.A. against the judgment of the Court of Appeal in Warsaw, 1st Civil Department of 30 October 2017, about which the Company informed in the current report No. 19/2017 from October 30, 2017.
After the Court delivers a copy of the cassation complaint to the Company and becomes familiar with the content of the complaint, the Company will have the opportunity to submit a response to the cassation complaint.
