The procedure for the redemption of 5,000 bearer shares of PROCHEM S.A. has been completed.
The number of votes corresponding to the redeemed shares is 5,000.
The redemption occurred voluntarily under Article 360 §1 in connection with Article 359 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code (KSH).
After the redemption of the aforementioned shares, the company’s capital amounts to 3,895,000 PLN. The total number of votes from all shares is 3,898,660.
The capital structure of PROCHEM S.A. after the redemption is as follows:
FOUNDERS’ SERIES – 1,817,500,
SERIES B – 682,500,
SERIES C – 530,000,
SERIES D – 865,000.
TOTAL CAPITAL 3,895,000.
The District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw on July 12, 2010, registered the reduced capital of the company noting the change in the number of shares in SERIES D from 870,000 shares to 865,000 shares.
