The Management Board of the company under the name PROCHEM Joint Stock Company hereby announces that:

1. The previous Shareholder owning 962,341 shares of PROCHEM S.A., which constitutes 24.65% of the votes at the General Meeting of the Company and 24.68% of the Company’s capital, Prochem Holding Limited Liability Company based in Warsaw, registered in the National Court Register under number KRS 0000043534, has changed its legal form by transforming into a Limited Partnership under the name: “Prochem Holding M. Garliński Limited Partnership” (formerly Prochem Holding Sp. z o.o.) based in Warsaw and is registered in the National Court Register under number KRS 0000370621. The aforementioned transformation from a limited liability company to a limited partnership did not result in a change in the ownership of Prochem S.A. shares by the limited partnership compared to the ownership status by the limited liability company, i.e., the newly formed limited partnership under the name: Prochem Holding M.Garliński Limited Partnership (formerly Prochem Holding Sp. z o.o.) still owns 962,341 shares of PROCHEM S.A., which constitutes 24.65% of the votes at the General Meeting of the Company and 24.68% of the Company’s capital,
2. The Management Board of PROCHEM Joint Stock Company also announces that: · Jarosław Stępniewski, a member of the Management Board of Prochem S.A., has become a general partner in the limited partnership mentioned in point 1; · Marek Garliński, a member of the Supervisory Board of Prochem S.A., has become a general partner in the limited partnership mentioned in point 1; · Andrzej Karczykowski, a member of the Supervisory Board of Prochem S.A., has become a general partner in the limited partnership mentioned in point 1.
