The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), informs that today the Supervisory Board of the Company, acting in accordance with the provisions of § 25 section 1 of the Company’s Articles of Association, appointed a management board for the next term of office composed of:
- Marek Kiersznicki – President of the Company’s Management Board,
- Krzysztof Marczak – Vice President of the Company’s Management Board,
- Michał Dąbrowski – Member of the Company’s Management Board,
for a three-year term of office, entrusting the indicated persons with functions on the management board as above. In accordance with the resolution of the Supervisory Board, the next term of office of the Company’s management board is to begin on June 25, 2021.
The education, qualifications and positions previously held, along with a description of the professional career of the Management Board Members, constitute attachments to this report.
The indicated persons do not conduct other activities carried out outside the issuer’s enterprise, and are not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
