Proposing a candidate for a Member of the Supervisory Board of PROCHEM S.A.

With reference to report No. 5/2021 of May 26, 2021, the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), informs that today the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PROCHEM S.A. appointed Mr. Jarosław Stępniewski to the Supervisory Board of the Company to serve as a Member of the Supervisory Board.

Education, qualifications and positions previously held, along with a description of Jarosław Stępniewski’s professional career, constitute an attachment to this report (CV Jarosław Stępniewski).

According to the statement, Mr. Jarosław Stępniewski declares that he does not conduct any other activity outside the issuer’s enterprise that could be considered competitive to the activity performed in the Issuer’s enterprise, and does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of a corporate body, and does not participate in another competitive legal entity as a member of its body.

Mr. Jarosław Stępniewski is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
