Signing of Annex to meaning agreement

In the supplement to the current report No 16/2010 the company PROCHEM S.A. is notifying, that on 2 Febr. 2011 by virtue of of annex signed to the agreement of 28 July 2010 between PROCHEM S.A. and Zakłady Chemiczne ZACHEM S.A. – Grupa Chemiczna CIECH, for performing the functions of the investment project’s general contractor for project „Installation contracting and introduction of technological innovations for production of epichlorohydrin from glycerine” in Bydgoszcz, parties to the contract accepted Budget of Investment in the amount of PLN 57 229 640.
