The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. based in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”) corrects the subject of the Current Report no. 12/2022 (“Report”) of July 15, 2022, thus giving it the wording “conclusion of a significant agreement” and replacing the incorrectly given subject “Signing a letter of intent”.
The rest of the report remains unchanged.
