Reference is made to report no. 5/2021 dated May 26, 2021. The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A., based in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), informs that today the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PROCHEM S.A. appointed Mr. Jarosław Stępniewski to the Company’s Supervisory Board as a Member of the Supervisory Board.

Mr. Jarosław Stępniewski’s education, qualifications, and previously held positions, along with a description of his professional career, are attached to this report (file available for download).

According to the statement submitted by Mr. Jarosław Stępniewski, he does not engage in any other activity outside the issuer’s enterprise that could be considered competitive to the activities conducted in the issuer’s enterprise. He also does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership or personal partnership or as a member of the governing body of a capital company, nor does he participate in another competitive legal entity as a member of its governing body.

Mr. Jarosław Stępniewski is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
