The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. informs that on June 24, 2024, the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted resolutions on the appointment of the following persons to serve as Members of the Supervisory Board of PROCHEM S.A. of the 12th joint term of office, starting on June 24, 2024:

Wiesław Kiepiel

Jarosław Stępniewski

Steven Tappan

Karol Żbikowski
