The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting on 28 October 2016, dismissed from the Supervisory Board Mr. Marek Garliński, who served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The resolution did not provide the reasons for dismissal.

In addition, the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting on 28 October 2016, appointed Mr. Marcin Pędziński to the Supervisory Board.

The Management Board of the Company has not received the statement from Mr. Marcin Pędziński with regard to the identification of other activity performed outside the issuer’s business, including an assessment of whether it is competitive in relation to the activities performed in the issuer’s enterprise and declaration whether Mr. Marcin Pędziński participates in a competitive company as a partner of private company, partnership or as a member of the body of a company or participates in other competitive legal person as a member of its body.

Mr. Marcin Pędziński is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the KRS Act.
