The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), informs that on June 14, 2023, the Ordinary General Meeting of PROCHEM S.A. adopted resolutions:
1) on the dismissal of Andrzej Karczykowski from the Supervisory Board;
2) on the appointment of Paweł Bielski as a member of the Supervisory Board of the 11th joint term of office of the Supervisory Board.
The education, qualifications and positions previously held, along with a description of the professional career of the new member of the Supervisory Board, are attached to this report (download file).
Activities performed outside the issuer’s enterprise are indicated in the file attached to the report. In the opinion of the Issuer, this activity is not competitive in relation to the activity performed in the issuer’s enterprise.
The new member of the Supervisory Board is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
