Change in information about transactions, obtained pursuant to Art. 19 paragraph. 1 of Regulation MAR

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. (The “Issuer”), hereby informs that on 27 December 2017 received changes in notifications about the transactions referred to in Article 19 paragraph. 1 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (UE) No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (“MAR”) about which the Issuer informed in the current report No. 30/2017 of December 22, 2017.

Changes in notifications have been submitted by the following persons performing managerial responsibilities:
Jarosław Stępniewski – President of the Management Board of the Issuer;
Marek Kiersznicki – Vice President of the Management Board of the Issuer ;
Krzysztof Marczak – Vice President of the Management Board of the Issuer;
Marek Garliński – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer;
Andrzej Karczykowski – Member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer;
Maciej Kalita – Proxy, Director of Project and Construction Management in the Issuer’s Company;
Grzegorz Kobyłecki – Proxy, Director of PROCHEM PROJEKT Division;
Jan Milczarczyk – Proxy
