The Management Board of PROCHEM S. A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Issuer”, “PROCHEM SA”) informs that in connection with the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PROCHEM SA convened on August 25, 2020, which provides for elections the Supervisory Board of the Issuer on the agenda of the Meeting, the authorized shareholders have proposed to the Issuer’s Management Board the following candidates the Supervisory Board:
- Mr. Karol Żbikowski;
- Mr. Wiesław Kiepiel;
- Mr. Krzysztof Obłój;
- Mr. Marek Garliński;
- Mr. Andrzej Karczykowski.
CVs of candidates: Karol Żbikowski, Krzysztof Obłoj, Marek Garliński and Andrzej Karczykowski are available on the Issuer’s website, due to the fact that these persons are currently members of the Supervisory Board.
CV of Wiesław Kiepiel constitutes an attachment to this report (CV – Wiesław Kiepiel).
All of the aforementioned candidates agreed to run for the Supervisory Board of the Company.
