The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Issuer”) informs that in connection with the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PROCHEM S.A. convened on June 24, 2021, providing for supplementary elections to the Issuer’s Supervisory Board on the agenda of the Meeting, the Issuer’s Management Board was notified by an authorized shareholder the candidacy of Jarosław Stępniewski.
The candidate’s CV is available on the Issuer’s website, as Mr. Jaroslaw Stepniewski is currently the President of the Issuer’s Management Board. The mandate to act as the President and Member of the Issuer’s Management Board expires on June 23, 2021.
The candidate agreed to run for the Supervisory Board of the Company.
