Notification pursuant to art. 160 of the Act on trading in financial instruments on the acquisition of shares of PROCHEM S.A. by the Supervisory Board Member

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. received on 8 January 2016 the notice relating to the acquisition in 2015 of shares by a Member of the Supervisory Board – in accordance with the obligation to provide information to the Company under provisions of Article 160 section 1 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments.

The above-mentioned Member of the Supervisory Board during the period from 9 September 2015 to 21 October 2015 purchased of 500 pcs. of shares of the Company PROCHEM S.A. on the Stock Exchange on the regulated market at an average price of PLN 17.08 for a total of PLN 8,539.10.

The value of the shares purchased does not exceed EUR 5000.
