Company PROCHEM S.A. received the notice as below:
As a result of the transaction in the regular market on 17 October 2014 investment funds (QUERCUS Parasolowy SFIO, QUERCUS Absolute Return FIZ and QUERCUS Absolutnego Zwrotu FIZ) managed by Quercus Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. have exceeded 5% of the total number of votes in the company PROCHEM S.A. Prior to the change the Funds held in total 193 994 shares of the Company, representing 4.98% of the share capital and had 193 994 votes from these shares, representing 4.98% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting.
As at the day of the transaction, the Funds held in total 204 198 shares of the Company, representing 5.24% of the share capital of the Company. These shares gave 204 198 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 5.24% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting.
