On 28 June 2011 the company received the notice from Union Investment Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. about reducing below 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of PROCHEM S.A.
On 22 June 2011 Funds and customers of asset management were in the possession of 291,586 of shares of the company PROCHEM S.A. what constituted the 7.49% of the share capital of the company and 7.48% of votes at General Meeting of PROCHEM S.A.
As a result of the sale Funds and customers of asset management altogether are in the possession of 190,886 company shares what constitutes 4.9% of the share capital of the company. These shares authorize to perform 190,886 votes from the shares at the General Meeting of PROCHEM S.A. what constitutes 4.9% of the participation in the total number of votes of the Company.
