PROCHEM S.A. Management Board received on 25 January 2013 a notice regarding the acquisition in 2012 of shares of the Company by a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company – Mr. Marek Garliński in accordance with the obligation to provide information to the Company laid down by Art. 160 paragraph 1 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments.
According to the above notice Mr. Marek Garliński acquired in 2012 a total of 1 452 shares of the Company PROCHEM S.A. on the Stock Exchange at an average price of PLN 11.68, for a total amount of PLN 16 956. Total value of shares purchased does not exceed EUR 5000.
Currently Mr. Marek Garliński has a total of 37 000 shares (including 400 preferred shares), which gives 0.0095 of the share capital and 0.0097 votes at General Meeting of Shareholders.
