Conclusion of a significant contract

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. informs that on 22 August 2017 the company PROCHEM S.A. signed an agreement with Polimex-Mostostal S.A. The subject of the contract is execution of multi-branch design documentation with the use of 3D modeling and provision of other engineering services under the contract for “Delivery and Installation of CCGT (combined cycle gas turbine) unit in CHP Żerań in Warsaw”.
The value of the contract – PLN 7 847 500 (GROSS) in the part concerning lump sum.
Time limit for completion – approx. 20 months from the date of the signing of the contract. The contract provide for contractual penalties, their value is limited to 20% of remuneration. Each party shall be entitled to seek compensation on general principles above the amount of contractual penalties but no more than 100% of remuneration.
The Management Board of the Issuer’s company decided that the above information meets the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 section 1, 2 and 4 of MAR due to the value of the contract.
