Concluding of the agreement

With reference to report No. 2 / 2024 of February 21, 2024, the Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), informs about the framework agreement which was concluded on February 23, 2024, between the Issuer and Bechtel Polska Sp. z o.o covering support services for Bechtel Polska Sp. z o.o in obtaining documentation concerning permits.

The agreement specifies the terms of cooperation, in particular the hourly rates that the Parties will use when determining the remuneration for individual documentation packages commissioned to the Issuer in the future for development.

The remuneration and the deadline for the performance of services by the Issuer will be determined each time based on the future order submitted by Bechtel Polska Sp. z o.o, in which the scope of works will be set.

If orders are received, the Issuer will inform about this fact in the manner provided for by applicable regulations.
