Conclusion of a contract for the execution of construction and installation works

The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the ”Issuer”), with reference to the information in Current report No. 31 of June 15, 2018 and in Current Report No. 37 of 12 July 2018 informs that on August 09, 2018, the Issuer, as the Contractor, entered into an Contract with the National Library (Biblioteka Narodowa) as the Ordering Party, the subject of which is the execution of construction and installation works in the building complex ”A” of the National Library (Biblioteka Narodowa) in Warsaw at Aleje Niepodległości 213, as part of the project entitled “The New Library of the Polish Republic (Biblioteka Rzeczpospolitej) – modernization of reading rooms and public spaces of the National Library(Biblioteka Narodowa) in Warsaw”.

The Issuer’s remuneration for the performance of the contract is PLN 39 970 582.17 gross. Time of execution of the contract was stipulated by both parties as on 10 August 2020. The remuneration is a lump sum and will be paid in monthly settlement periods, according to the level of work progress.

The Management Board of the Issuer’s company decided that the above information meets the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 of MAR due to the value of the contract.
