The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. seated in Warsaw (hereinafter „Issuer”), informs, that on 24 May 2019, the Issuer received signed by both sides contract concluded by the Issuer as Contractor, with thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions AG, as Ordering Party. The subject of the contract is the provision of design services for the installation of nitric acid and neutralization in the ANWIL S.A. in Włocławek implemented by thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions AG.
The Issuer’s remuneration for the performance of the contract is EUR 2.4 million net. The remuneration is a lump sum and will be paid in monthly settlement periods, according to the level of work progress.
The date of completion of the contract (excluding as-built documentation) was set by the parties on June 14, 2020.
The Management Board of the Issuer’s company decided that the above information meets the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 of MAR due to the value of the contract.
