The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. seated in Warsaw (hereinafter „Issuer”), informs, that on August 26, 2019, concluded a contract as Contractor with GE Power sp. z o .o., being Ordering Party, for the design and construction of an auxiliary boiler plant for Block C of the Ostrołęka Power Plant.
The Issuer’s remuneration for performing the contract is PLN 43.99 million net. The remuneration is a lump sum and will be paid in instalments related to the progress of the works.
The parties set the date of execution of the contract (excluding as-built documentation) for June 1, 2021.
The agreement provides for limiting the Issuer’s liability to 20% of the Remuneration due to the Issuer.
The Management Board of the Issuer’s company decided that the above information meets the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 of MAR due to the value of the contract.
