The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. seated in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”), informs that on June 22, 2022, a contract was signed with PCC Exol S.A. based in Brzeg Dolny (hereinafter referred to as the “Investor”), for the preparation of design documentation for the task called “Installation for the filtration of oxyalkylation products”.

The Issuer’s Management Board informs that this is subsequent contract concluded with the Investor for design works. In September 2021, the Issuer concluded a contract with the Investor for the preparation of design documentation for the task called “Comprehensive preparation of the Design Documentation as part of the expansion of ETE-2 PCC Exol S.A. Plant in Płock “.

In the opinion of the Management Board, none of the above agreements meets the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 of MAR due to the value of these contracts.

However, due to the fact that as of today the total value of contracts concluded with the Investor has reached the level of over PLN 8.1 million net, the Issuer’s Management Board decided that the above information meets the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 of MAR.

The remuneration of the Issuer in both contracts is a lump sum and is paid in instalments related to the progress of works.

Time limit for completion in both contracts was set at 10 months from the date of their conclusion.
