The Management Board of PROCHEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”) informs that on May 11, 2021, was received a mutually signed contract, which the Issuer as a Contractor concluded with Posco Engineering & Construction CO., LTD., S.A. branch in Poland.
Based on the above-mentioned Agreement, the Issuer is obliged to carry out design work for non-process installations and to act as a BIM Manager for the investment carried out by Posco Engineering & Construction CO., LTD, as the general contractor, and which includes the design and expansion of the thermal waste treatment installation at the municipal solid waste neutralization plant (ZUSOK ) in Warsaw.
The lump sum remuneration of the Issuer agreed by the Parties amounts to approx. PLN 16 million net and will be paid in installments related to the progress of works.
The parties have set the time limit for performance of the contract to be 36 months.
The Management Board of the Issuer’s company decided that the above information meets the criteria for confidential information specified in Art. 7 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 of MAR.
