Concluding of the meaning agreement by PROCHEM S.A.

On 20 April 2011 PROCHEM S.A. signed agreement with FSZ „Pollena – Aroma” Spółką z o.o. covering comprehensive construction of an industrial plant in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki. Remuneration for the performance of the object of the contract – net value ca PLN 17 million. Date of completion – June 2012 Contractual penalties aren’t limited as for the ceiling. The payment of contractual penalties isn’t excluding the entitlement to vindication of claims for indemnity exceeding the amount of these penalties.
